Noch kommen Bilder von verschiedenen Seiten herein, wollen sortiert und bearbeitet werden um dann einen Bericht zum WAT 2016 zu zieren. Mit ein paar weiteren Eindrücken möchte ich Euch in der Zwischenzeit das Warten etwas verkürzen.

Bei der Willysgemeinde keine Spur von Grexit viel mehr freuen wir uns über einen neunen und sehr intensiven Kontakt nach Griechenland! Akiss unser Grentrance aus Griechenland ist ein so begeisterter Jeeper wie die meisten von uns.
The community around WAT is constanly growing. Though there’s lots of talking about Grexit, we do have a Grentrance and welcome Akiss among us. Akiss is as an enthusiast as most of us.
Auf meiner Reise durch Griechenland we had dinner, ein wunderbares gemeinsames
Abendessen, in Athen und seither besteht ein kontinuierlicher Kontakt. Erste Pläne für ein Willys-Treffen auf den Stränden Griechenlands entwickeln sich.
On a trip through Greece in June I had the pleasure to have dinner together with Akiss in Athens. First plans of a Jeepers meeting on the beaches of Greece start to develop. Talked to some of you during the WAT, and found that there’s a bunch of you, who would join in rather today than tomorrow!
Not too long and we have to change the name of our Tegernsee meeting into „Internationaler
Willys-Tag am Tegernsee“ oder „International Willys-Day Tegernsee“.

Hi folks!
Time flies, when you’re having fun und so ist der 5. WAT wie im Flug vergangen.
Das lag vor allem auch an den vielen coolen Leuten, die teilgenommen haben. Es macht richtig Spaß mit Euch, die Ihr von nah und fern gekommen seid. Unsere internationalen Besucher haben insbesondere mit James und Annie aus England das Treffen quasi geadelt. Daneben war es wieder eine besondere Freude Filippo aus dem Organisationsteam der Colonna della liberta als Gast zu haben.
Ein detaillierter Bericht wird natürlich folgen, aber heute schon mal die wichtigsten Eindrücke in aller Kürze.
Wie Ihr seht, kam eine ordentliche Gruppe zusammen, die auch heftigstem Regen Stand hielt. Mit den traditionellen Burgern gestärkt, konnte man der WAT-Fortbildung folgen. Hochspannend ging der Tag beim EM-Vietelfinale Italien-Deutschland zu Ende.

With a growing number of international visitor to our site, I’ll start to put an English summary at the end of every story/post.
The last Willys-am-Tegernsee meeting on July 2nd through 3rd was a lot of fun despite heavy rain on saturday, the main day of the event.
After getting together and enjoying some Bavarian Weisswürte (traditional white saussages) we made a tour around the lake and up to the mountains. A place called Wallberg-Moos gives a great view on the Tegernsee.
With the quarterfinals of the European Soccer Cup between Italy and Germany taking place that saturday evening we gathered in front of a TV-Screen specially set up for the game. With five Italians (3 adults and 2 kids) among us it was even more exciting.
Having Filippo and his Family with us again was as much of an honor as the fact, that Annie and James from the UK joined us this year!
We had a great day with great people!
